Where Will You Have Drop Yard Lots?

Drop Yard is building a network of truck and trailer yards across the Southeast and Texas. Today we have yards in St. Louis, Springfield and Kansas City, Missouri; Bentonville, Arkansas; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Dallas and Houston, Texas. We're planning to open Drop Yards in these cities next:

How Do I Reserve a Space, and How Do I Pay?

Reserve a space online or give us a call. We take your card when you sign up and charge it once your reservation is approved. Monthly spaces renew and bill automatically each month.

Are the Yards Secure?

Yes. Every yard is fenced, brightly lit and covered by security cameras, and only Drop Yard tenants can open the gate.

Do I Get an Assigned Space?

No. When you arrive, pull into any open space.

How Can I Reserve More Than One Space?

Need more than 10 spaces? Email info@dropyardstorage.com and our team will get you set up.

Is There a Deposit or Contract to Get Started?

No deposit and no contract. If you want to cancel a monthly space, just give us one month's notice.

What Can I Park?

Tractors, trailers, box trucks, containers and equipment.

Property Owners

Do I Have to Sell My Land?

No. Most owners we talk to want to keep their land and just want it earning. That's exactly what we're here to help with.

Who Would Rent My Yard?

The fleets and owner-operators we already work with, plus equipment rental companies and utility contractors that need secure space near the interstate.

Do You Work with Brokers?

Yes. If your client's property fits, send it over and we'll get back to you quickly.

Does It Cost Anything to Get an Answer?

No. Taking a look at your site and walking you through our plan is free.
